以参加 2 0 0 0年悉尼奥运会平衡木决赛的 8名运动员为主要对象 ,通过对当前平衡木比赛分上法、木中和下法三部分的动作稳定性作了研究。结果显示 :上法以木端助跑团身或屈体前空翻为主 ,木中以手翻连接向后高空翻和团身前空翻 (接各种跳步 )为潮流 ,下法多以踺子团身后空翻二周或霍尔金娜空翻下为结束。除技术因素外 ,还应提高运动员的意志力和自信心 ,确保下法的稳定性 ,是获胜的关键因素
Taking the 8 athletes participating in the Balance Wood Final of 2000 Sydney Olympic Games as the main target, this paper studies the stability of the movement of the current balance beam competition in three parts: the upper law, the lower law and the lower law.
