采用电化学测试和腐蚀浸泡的方法研究了氟康唑在3.5%NaCl溶液中对Cu的缓蚀性能,初步分析了其对Cu的缓蚀机理。结果表明,氟康唑具有良好的缓蚀作用,在NaCl溶液中随着氟康唑浓度的增加,缓蚀效率增大;随着温度的升高,缓蚀效率减小。电化学研究结果表明,氟康唑对Cu在NaCl溶液中的腐蚀表现为混合抑制型缓蚀剂。表面形貌的分析也指出氟康唑对Cu在NaCl溶液中的腐蚀具有良好的缓蚀效果。
The corrosion inhibition of Cu with fluconazole in 3.5% NaCl solution was studied by means of electrochemical test and immersion test. The corrosion inhibition mechanism of Cu to Cu was preliminarily analyzed. The results showed that fluconazole had a good corrosion inhibition effect. With the increasing of fluconazole concentration, corrosion inhibition efficiency increased. With the increase of temperature, the corrosion inhibition efficiency decreased. The results of electrochemical studies showed that the corrosive effect of fluconazole on NaCl solution in NaCl solution was mixed inhibitor. Surface topography analysis also pointed out that fluconazole has a good corrosion inhibition effect on the corrosion of Cu in NaCl solution.
