前言角膜白斑病在临床眼科疾病中是一种常见疾病,因其发病的机制不同,临床症状亦异,轻者影响视力,重者致使失明。因此如何预防和治疗该病,是临床眼科学中所要研究的重要课题之一。但是小鼠的角膜白斑病,很少见到报告.作者偶然在工作中遇到了小鼠角膜白斑病,并进行了研究。证实了此病是因遗传性眼裂早期形成继发性角膜炎所致之后对此患鼠又做了病理学研究,现将实验结果报告如下、
Preface Leukoplakia is a common disease in clinical ophthalmology, because of its different pathogenesis, clinical symptoms are also different, light affect visual acuity, severe cause blindness. Therefore, how to prevent and treat the disease is one of the important topics to be studied in clinical ophthalmology. However, rarely seen in the mouse corneal leukoplakia, the author accidentally encountered in the work of mouse leukoplakia and studied.
