目的:旨在探讨左房血栓超声显像诊断价值。方法:回顾分析15例左房血栓超声诊断及术后证实情况。结果:15例左房血栓患者仅通过超声正确诊断的只有10例,诊断符合率66.7%,漏误诊5例,漏误诊率23.3%。结论:分析左房血栓声像图特征:左房内可见低回声或高回声团块,形态不规则,附着位置不定,少数可活动,结合食道超声可提高左房血栓符合率。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of left atrial thrombus ultrasound imaging. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 15 cases of left atrial thrombi ultrasound diagnosis and postoperative confirmation of the situation. Results: Fifteen cases of left atrial thrombus were diagnosed by ultrasound only in 10 cases. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 66.7%, misdiagnosis in 5 cases and misdiagnosis rate in 23.3%. Conclusion: Analysis of left atrial thrombus sonographic features: low echo or hyperechoic mass can be seen in the left atrium, irregular shape, the location of attachment uncertain, a few can move, combined with esophageal ultrasound can improve the compliance rate of left atrial thrombus.
