目的 研究不同缺血方式对大鼠肾脏组织中三磷酸腺苷 (ATP)水平的影响。方法 将大鼠分为 4组 :假手术组 (A组 ) ;持续缺血组 (B组 ) ;间断缺血组 (C组 ) ;缺血预处理组 (D组 )。利用生物化学发光法测量不同缺血 再灌注处理后大鼠肾组织ATP水平的变化。结果 各缺血组大鼠肾脏在缺血终末期时ATP水平明显下降 ,仅为正常对照组的 1 0 %左右。再灌注 30min后 ,C组肾组织ATP水平恢复到正常水平的 60 %左右 ,而B组、D组肾组织ATP水平无明显恢复。结论 间断缺血有利于在短期内恢复因组织缺血造成的ATP水平的下降 ,从而减轻细胞损伤。而肾脏长时间缺血后同期内其细胞ATP水平将难以恢复
Objective To study the effect of different ischemia methods on the level of ATP in rat kidney. Methods The rats were divided into 4 groups: sham operation group (group A), continuous ischemia group (group B), intermittent ischemia group (group C) and ischemic preconditioning group (group D). The Changes of ATP in Renal Tissues of Rats after Different Ischemia Reperfusion Treatments Using Biochemical Luminescence Method. Results The ATP level in the kidney of ischemic rats decreased significantly at the end of ischemia, only about 10% of the normal control group. After 30 minutes of reperfusion, the level of ATP in renal tissue of group C returned to about 60% of the normal level, while the level of ATP in group B and group D did not recover significantly. Conclusion Intermittent ischemia is conducive to recover in a short period of time due to tissue ischemia decreased ATP levels, thereby reducing cell damage. The kidneys over a period of prolonged ischemia in their cellular ATP levels will be difficult to recover
