艺术是人类文明的重要组成部分,随着信息时代的到来,艺术的传播与学习不再局限于传统的剧场、戏院、音乐厅、美术馆,而是更广泛地进入广播、电视和网络等大众媒体,成为现代人生活和学习不可分割的部分,在新时代的美术教育中我们更应该跟上时代的脚步,实现美术教育中的信息化,为培养真正全面发展的高素质人才奠定基础。
