目的:优选伤科洁肤液的制备工艺。方法:利用正交试验法,考察加水量、提取次数、提取时间对提取工艺的影响;考察醇沉浓度、时间及浓缩液比重对醇沉工艺的影响。每个因素设计3个水平,以苦参碱含量和干浸膏得率为考察指标。用高效液相色谱法测定苦参碱含量,烘干法测定干浸膏得率。结果:最佳提取工艺为:10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次2 h;最佳醇沉工艺为:醇沉浓度为50%,时间为15 h,浓缩液比重为1.05 g/mL。结论:该制备工艺稳定、可行,操作简便,为伤科洁肤液规范化生产提供了理论依据。
Objective: To optimize the preparation of wound cleaning fluid. Methods: The effects of water addition, extraction times and extraction time on the extraction process were investigated by orthogonal test. The effects of alcohol concentration, time and proportion of concentrate on the alcohol precipitation process were investigated. Three factors were designed for each factor, with matrine content and dry extract yield as the index. Determination of matrine content by high performance liquid chromatography, dry method to determine the yield of dry extract. Results: The optimum extraction process was as follows: 10 times the amount of water, boiling 3 times, each time 2 h; the optimum alcohol precipitation process: alcohol sediment concentration of 50%, the time was 15 h, the concentration of the concentrate was 1.05 g / mL . Conclusion: The preparation process is stable, feasible and easy to operate, providing a theoretical basis for the standardized production of wound cleaning fluid.
