通过已建立HSV—1潜伏感染的动物模型,比较了复明Ⅱ号和无环鸟苷治疗后HSV—1的激活率。结果表明:在HSV—1角膜感染及给予复明Ⅱ号和无环鸟苷(ACV)三十天的全身治疗后,经角膜肾上腺素电离子导入激活潜伏于三叉神经节中的HSV—1,复明Ⅱ号组三叉神经节中抗原阳性率和泪液中病毒释放率均低于无环鸟苷组。证明了复明Ⅱ号对潜伏感染之后的再活具有较好的抑制作用,应于临床进一步观察
Through the established animal model of latent infection with HSV-1, the activation rate of HSV-1 after Fuming II and acyclovir treatment was compared. The results showed that after HSV-1 corneal infection and systemic administration of Fuming II and acyclovir (ACV) for thirty days, HSV-1 latent in the trigeminal ganglion was activated by corneal epinephrine iontophoresis, In group Ⅱ, the positive rate of antigen in the trigeminal ganglion and the rate of virus release in tear were lower than those in acyclovir group. It is proved that Fuming II has better inhibitory effect on the reactivation after latent infection and should be further observed clinically
