报告国产尼莫地平注射液治疗１０５例ＡＩＣＶＤ的临床研究，设对照组６１例，疗效采用量表和５级标准分别评定。结果显示：尼莫地平组２周疗效显著优于对照组；尼莫地平组亚组分析表明ＡＩＣＶＤ后３６小时内用药疗效显著优于３６小时后用药者。尼莫地平有降压作用，此作用与剂量和滴速有关。
Report of domestic nimodipine injection treatment of 105 cases of AICVD clinical study, the control group of 61 cases, the efficacy scale and grade 5 were assessed. The results showed that the 2-week efficacy of nimodipine group was significantly better than that of control group. The subgroup analysis of nimodipine group showed that the drug administration within 36 hours after AICVD was significantly better than that of 36 hours after drug administration. Nimodipine has antihypertensive effect, this effect and dose and drip rate.
