(31)为什么要限制过度的加班加点? 答:在一些特殊情况下,允许加班加点,其主要是:在法定节日或公休假日内工作不能间断,必须连续生产、运输或营业的;必须利用法定节日或公休假日的停产期间进行设备检修、保养的;由于生产设备、交通运输线路、公共设施等临时发生故障,必须进行抢修的;由于发生严重自然灾害或其他灾害,使人民的安全、健康和国家资财遭到严重威胁,需要进行抢救的;为了完成国防、紧急生产任务或完成上级在国家计划外安排的其他紧急生产
