为了改进化学激光近场强度均匀性,对影响光束近场强度分布的各种因素进行了研究。建立了光学谐振腔数学计算模型,应用角谱法对腔内增益介质划分成多个薄层进行近似计算。计算结果表明,激光束近场强度分布沿增益气流方向呈现中间强、两侧弱的特点,并且包含比较精细的条纹结构。结合试验实测的光斑进行比较分析,认为光束强度分布不均由多次衍射和增益分布造成。研究结果在改善激光器近场强度分布均匀性研究及工程应用上具有一定的参考价值。
In order to improve the near-field intensity uniformity of chemical laser, various factors that affect the near-field intensity distribution of light beam are studied. The mathematical model of optical resonator was established. The angular gain method was used to divide the gain medium in the cavity into several thin layers for approximate calculation. The calculated results show that the near-field intensity distribution of the laser beam is characterized by strong mid-strength and weakness on both sides along the direction of the gain airflow, and contains relatively fine stripe structure. According to the comparative analysis of the spot measured by the experiment, it is considered that the uneven distribution of beam intensity is caused by multiple diffraction and gain distribution. The research results have certain reference value in improving the uniformity of laser near-field intensity distribution and engineering application.
