采用一种分子主链由发光链段 1,4 -二苯乙烯基苯 (聚对苯撑乙烯 PPV的共聚物 )与柔性隔离链段三缩二乙二醇组成的交替型共聚物 (TEO- DSB)制作了单层电致发光器件 .结果表明 :TEO- DSB是一种典型的蓝色发光聚合物 ,有 2个发射峰 ,分别处于 4 6 5 nm和 4 89nm .以 TEO- DSB装配的发光二极管 (L ED)的起亮电压为 5 V,在正向偏压 33V时 ,最大发光亮度为 4 5 0 cd· m- 2 .
An alternating copolymer (TEO - 1) with the main molecular chain consisting of luminescent segment 1,4 - distyrylbenzene (copolymer of poly (p - phenylene vinylene) DSB). The results show that TEO-DSB is a typical blue luminescent polymer with two emission peaks at 465 nm and 499 nm, respectively. TEO-DSB Light-emitting diode (L ED) starting voltage of 5 V, forward bias 33V, the maximum brightness of 405 cd · m-2.
