“十二五”时期是司法行政工作改革发展的关键时期,也是大有作为的重要机遇期。认真贯彻党的十七大和十七届五中、六中全会精神,做大做强县域司法行政工作,是顺应经济社会发展形势的重大课题,是当前和今后一个时期司法行政机关的重要任务。实施好这一重大工程,关系司法行政工作全局,惠及广大人民群众。
The “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period is a crucial period for the reform and development of judicial administration and an important period of opportunity for doing a great job. Conscientiously implementing the spirit of the 17th CPC Congress and the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and the 6th Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and expanding and strengthening the judicial administrative work in the county are major tasks for conforming to the economic and social development and an important task for the judicial administrative organs at present and in the future. Implementing this major project has the overall effect of judicial administration and benefits the broad masses of the people.
