莲寄生潜根线虫的形态鉴定和越冬场所观察研究

在 1998~ 2 0 0 0年间先后在南昌市郊和江西省广昌县发病莲田广泛调查 ,对寄生在莲(NelunbonuciferaGaertn)根部的潜根线虫进行了观察和测量鉴定 ,鉴定结果为Hirschmannielladiversa。该种为国内新记录。同时对种藕及周边土壤分离得知 ,种藕藕节及种藕外围土壤是莲寄生潜根线虫越冬最主要的场所 ,其中以雌虫和四龄幼虫所占比例最大 ,为整个虫数的 64%~ 90 %。 From 1998 to 2000, extensive investigation was conducted in the fields of Nanchang and in Guangchang County, Jiangxi Province successively to observe and measure the potential root-knot nematodes parasitized in the root of Nelumbohenic plantarum. The identification result was Hirschmannielladiversa. This kind of new record in China. At the same time, the species of lotus root and the surrounding soil were separated, and the root of lotus root and the outer root of lotus root were the most important sites for the overwintering of lotus root parasitic nematodes, with the females and the fourth instar larvae occupying the largest proportion, 64% ~ 90%.
