10月16至17日,中国行政管理学会2002年年会暨政风建设研讨会在北京举行。来自全国各地的170多名专家、学者、政府公务员云集京城,围绕政风建设问题进行深入的研讨。 一、政风建设关系到政权兴亡 王流章(河南省劳动和社会保障厅副厅长):在新的历史条件下,我们党和政府如何加强作风建设,更好地实现、维护和发展好最广大人民的根本利益,是一个关系党和国家兴衰存亡的重大问题。作风直接关系着改革的成败,作风直接关系着党的路线方针和政策能否贯彻执行,作风直接关系着党同人民群众的密切联系,作风直接影响社会风气,进行伟大的创业,必须以良好的作风作保证。
