作者采用氧电极技术和其他方法,对浙江省12个茶树良种的光合特性进行了测定。结果表明,茶树品种净光合率的差异极显著,不同品种净光合率的季节变化趋势不一致,光合作用没有明显的季节相关性。通过对属于叶片生理特性的净光合率等多个属性的简单聚类分析,12个茶树品种被分成三个类型,而且与相应光合能力大小相符合,净光合率与比叶重,叶片含氮量、叶绿素总量以及叶绿素a/b比值的相关程度均不明显,因此它们不能作为茶树高光效育种的间接生理指标。
The authors used oxygen electrode technology and other methods to determine the photosynthetic characteristics of 12 tea tree species in Zhejiang Province. The results showed that there was significant difference in net photosynthetic rate among different tea varieties. The seasonal variations of net photosynthetic rate of different varieties were inconsistent, and photosynthesis had no obvious seasonal correlation. By simple clustering analysis of the net photosynthetic rate and other attributes belonging to the leaf physiological characteristics, 12 tea cultivars were divided into three types, which were consistent with the photosynthetic capacity, the net photosynthetic rate and specific leaf weight, leaf nitrogen The amount of total chlorophyll and chlorophyll a / b ratio of the degree of correlation is not obvious, so they can not be used as an indirect physiological indicator of high light efficiency of tea plant breeding.
