建立高校惩治和预防腐败体系具有十分重要的意义。建立该体系要坚持正确的指导思想,确立务实的体系目标,要运用理论方法,构思科学的体系框架,进而紧扣高校的工作实际,设计完善的高校惩治和预防腐败体系。该体系具体由“体系总体说明”、“宣传教育体系”、“制度约束体系”、“监督查处体系”和“评价预警体系”等五大模块所构成。
It is of great significance to establish a system of punishing and preventing corruption in colleges and universities. To establish this system, we must uphold the correct guiding ideology and establish a pragmatic system goal. We should use theoretical methods to construct a scientific system framework, so as to closely link with the actual work of colleges and universities and to perfect the system of punishing and preventing corruption in higher education institutions. The system consists of five modules: General Description of System, Publicity and Education System, System Constraint System, Supervision System and Early Warning System.
