目的:建立HPLC法测定小儿消积止咳口服液中槟榔碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Cosmosil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(每1 000 ml含十二烷基磺酸钠1.0 g)(48:52),检测波长:215 nm。结果:氢溴酸槟榔碱对照品在0.100～2.008μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;回收率为99.7%,RSD=2.63%。结论:该法简便、测定准确、分离效果好,能较好的评价该品种的质量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of arecoline content in Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid. Methods: The chromatographic column was Cosmosil C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (1.0 g per 1 000 ml sodium dodecyl sulphate) (48:52) , Detection wavelength: 215 nm. Results: The iscoline hydrobromide reference substance showed a good linearity in the range of 0.100 ~ 2.008μg, r = 0.999 9; the recovery rate was 99.7% and the RSD was 2.63%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, good separation effect, can better evaluate the quality of the variety.
