目的:通过建立IgA肾病大鼠模型,观察肾络宁对IgA肾病大鼠系膜细胞及细胞外基质的影响。方法:通过建立大鼠IgA肾病模型,同时给予肾络宁治疗,16周后检测α-肌动蛋白(α-SMA)、纤维连接蛋白(FN)和细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)在肾小球系膜的表达。结果:正常组均有基础表达,模型组明显增高,治疗后明显下降。结论:肾络宁既能降低IgA肾病大鼠系膜细胞α-SMA的表达,又能降低FN、ICAM-1的表达,表明肾络宁对IgA肾病的系膜细胞损伤及细胞外基质增生有一定的治疗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Shenluoning on mesangial cells and extracellular matrix of IgA nephropathy rats by establishing a rat model of IgA nephropathy.
