本文从数字图书馆用户满意度的评价体系出发,介绍了数字图书馆用户满意度的概念,总结了国内外对数字图书馆用户满意度的研究现状,找出适用于CNKI的评价指标。结合大学生对数字图书馆的使用情况,构建了学生用户满意度的评价体系,以CNKI数字检索平台为例,利用调查问卷法获得相关数据,并利用访谈法收集到目前大学生对于数字图书馆用户满意度的主观评价、对CNKI数字检索平台的意见及建议,从而为完善数字图书馆评价体系提出一些建议。
Based on the evaluation system of user satisfaction in digital library, this paper introduces the concept of user satisfaction in digital library, summarizes the research status of user satisfaction in digital library at home and abroad, and finds the evaluation index suitable for CNKI. Based on the use of digital library by college students, the evaluation system of student’s satisfaction degree is constructed. Taking CNKI digital retrieval platform as an example, the questionnaire method is used to obtain the relevant data and the interviews are used to collect the current college students’ satisfaction with the digital library Degree of subjective evaluation, CNKI digital search platform for comments and suggestions, so as to improve the digital library evaluation system put forward some suggestions.
