课程改革是一个曲折、艰难的旅程,课程改革不可能都在既定理论框架和模式中进行,它往往要冲破原有的理论和思想的限制,这也正是课程发展的契机和标志。“未来并不是我们要去的地方,而是一个我们要创造的地方;通向它的道路不是人找到的,而是人走出来的。”海南省是我国改革开放的前沿阵地,基础教育课程改革走出了一条“既改变着走出路的人,又改变着目的地本身”的辉煌道路,其经验值得研究与推广。为此,本刊刊发该省部分市、县(局)有关课程改革的系列探索文章,供大家分享。
Curriculum reform is a tortuous and difficult journey. Curriculum reform cannot be carried out in the established theoretical framework and model. It often breaks through the limitations of the original theories and ideas. This is also the turning point and symbol of curriculum development. “The future is not the place we want to go, but a place we want to create; the path to it is not what people have found, but what people are coming out of.” Hainan Province is at the forefront of China’s reform and opening up. The education curriculum reform has embarked on a brilliant road that “changes both the people walking out of the way and the destination itself” and its experience is worth studying and promoting. To this end, the journal publishes a series of exploration articles on curriculum reforms in some cities, counties (bureaus) of the province for sharing.
