Microtest’s DiskPort Executive software gives Windows NT administrators better management of CD-ROM drives, which can use one server to share multiple drives on the network. ZD Labs has tested the already released DiskPort Executive and found it to be a great management tool for networks running multiple CD-ROM devices. Its only downside is that there is some unnecessary hassle with the process of obtaining a license. DiskPort supports Windows 95, Macintosh and Unix platforms and supports Rock Ridge, High Sierra, ISO9660 and HFS (Hierarchical File System) formats. However, HFS volumes require a separate drive letter.
