目的：探讨城乡青年修订韦氏成人智力量表智商测试结果的差异性。方法对55名农村青年与61名城市青年分别采用修订韦氏成人智力量表进行测评。结果农村青年修订韦氏成人智力量表（农村式）总智商分显著高于城市青年（城市式）（ P＜0．01），将农村青年测试粗分换算为城市式后显著低于城市青年（P＜0．01）。结论城市青年智商水平显著高于农村青年，对文化程度较高的农村青年进行智商测试应选用修订韦氏成人智力量表城市式进行测试。“,”Objective To explore the difference between urban and rural youth Chinese revised Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS-RC) results .Methods Assessments were con-ducted with the WAIS-RC in 55 rural and 61 urban youths .Results The total IQ score of the WAIS-RC was significantly higher (P<0 .01) in rural (rural fashion) than urban (urban fashion) youths and the raw score of rural fashion converted into urban fashion lower (P<0 .01) .Conclusion IQ levels of urban youths were significantly higher than those of rural ones ,IQ test of rural youths with higher educational level should adopt urban-fashion WAIS-RC .
