David试用长效黄体酮治疗输尿管结石二例首获成功.董穗生等用黄体酮治疗输尿管结石100例疗效显著.笔者试用安宫黄体酮治疗输尿管结石二例均获痊愈.据笔者所知,用安宫黄体酮治疗输尿管结石尚无报道,特报告如下.例1男,19岁.因右下腹阵发性剧痛10小时,于1988年3月5日入院.一年前有类似发作,未确诊.体检:右中输尿管点压痛.腹部平片:右骶骨旁有一约黄豆大密影.排泄性尿路造影:右肾盂、肾盏轻度扩张,右输尿管进入膀胱处受阻.诊断为右输尿管下段结石,行安宫黄体酮治疗:一次12mg口服,一天三次.治疗第21天出现膀胱刺激征,第22天小便时排出结石一粒,约0.7×0.5×0.4cm.腹部平片及排泄性尿路造影复查:泌尿系未见异常.痊愈出院.

Abdominal plain film and excreted urine Road radiography review: no abnormal urinary tract.
