随着社会的不断进步和发展,市场中所需要的人才也逐渐发生了变化。由此推动了高校人才培养方向的转变。在这些因素的促使之下,高校与企业之间实施了电子电工的实训的模式,以期满足市场对于实践性人才的需求。本文主要研究了小气合作模式之下的电子电工实训。
With the constant progress and development of society, the talents needed in the market have gradually changed. Thus promoting the transformation of college personnel training. Driven by these factors, universities and enterprises have implemented a model of training of electronic and electricians in order to meet the market demand for practical talents. This paper mainly studies the training of electronic and electricians under the mode of stingy gas cooperation.
