本法应用电感耦合等离子体光谱(ICP)能同时测定地球岩石中的稀土元素。采用通常的岩石分解方法,继以简单的阳离子分离,使低到或低于球粒陨石丰度的稀土元素浓度能被测出。对于ICP测定稀土元素的谱线的选择也做了评价。方法的精度(相对标准偏差)
This method uses Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectroscopy (ICP) to simultaneously measure rare earth elements in Earth’s rocks. Using the usual rock decomposition method followed by simple cation separation, concentrations of rare earth elements as low as or below the chondrite abundance can be measured. The choice of ICP trace for the determination of rare earth elements was also evaluated. Method accuracy (relative standard deviation)
