硫化矿石自燃是含硫金属矿山在采矿过程中的重要灾害之一,其自燃倾向性大小是预防硫化矿石自燃工作所需的重要指标。引入模糊综合评价法确定硫化矿石自燃评价的因素集,并将自燃倾向性分为4个等级,利用四逻辑分区法确立了隶属度函数,从而得到各矿样的隶属度;运用层次分析法和变异系数法综合确定了权重系数;最终建立了硫化矿石自燃倾向性综合评价模型。将已知13组实测数据代入数学模型进行了自燃倾向性评价,得到的结果与实际情况相符合,说明该方法在硫化矿石自燃倾向性评价中合理可行。
Spontaneous combustion of sulphide ores is one of the important disasters in the mining process of sulphide ores. The tendency of spontaneous combustion is an important index needed to prevent spontaneous combustion of sulphide ores. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was introduced to determine the set of factors for spontaneous combustion evaluation of sulfide ores. The spontaneous combustion propensity was divided into four grades. The membership function was established by four logical partitioning method to obtain the membership degree of each ore sample. Using analytic hierarchy process The coefficient of variation method synthetically determined the weight coefficient. Finally, the synthetic evaluation model of spontaneous combustion tendency of sulfide ore was established. The known experimental data of 13 groups were put into the mathematical model to evaluate the propensity of spontaneous combustion. The obtained results are in accordance with the actual situation, which shows that the method is reasonable and feasible in the evaluation of spontaneous combustion propensity of sulfide ores.
