十年前的一个炎炎夏日,一声声“老师,您好!”的问候,把我带上这三尺讲台。校长让我教六年级语文,兼班主任。那时的我,满怀着对教育事业的热忱与激情,在课堂上意气奋发、侃侃而谈。我以为今后的日子都是生动的、丰富多彩的。以前只知道老师不过每天上几节课,批几本作业而已。谁想到,几节课的背后是无休无止的备课、查资料、做练习。而且因为没有经验,不知一节课能讲多少内容,所以不是还没下课就没什么说的,就是到下课还没有讲完。这些都不算什么,除了教学,还要处理一大堆意想不到的事情,让我招架不过来。面对这种情况,我茫然了,难道老师就是这样吗?我开始反省自己:当学生精神不振时,你能否使他们振作?当学生茫无头绪时,你能否给予启迪?当学生没有信心时,你能否唤起他的力量?你能否使学生觉得你的精神脉搏和他们一起欢跳?我终于明白,和学生亦师亦友的关系才是最好的师生关系。因为我的努力,我所带的班级在各项比赛中都
