融资难是当前制约民营经济发展最为突出的问题。枣庄市市中区从探索建立和完善信用担保机制入手,于2000年3月在全省率先成立了“民营经济信用担保商会”,为民营企业提供有效担保,走出了一条解决民营企业融资难的希望之路。
