采用模糊物元模型,利用层次分析法对广州地铁项目车辆段合同管理系统进行了详细分析。广州地铁项目车辆段合同管理可以分为合同管理战略与文化、合同管理组织结构、合同管理人员、合同管理制度、合同管理流程和合同信息管理指标等六个层面的风险等级。目前广州车辆段合同运行中发现的问题主要是设计变更项目多且金额高,原因在于设计未完善以及专业接口冲突或提资未落实,应对措施包括使设计单位尽早、尽全面地了解工程意图和特性等。
Using the fuzzy matter element model, the article analyzes the contract management system of the depot in Guangzhou Metro project by AHP.
