机体振动故障现象基本数据排除机体振动故障的首要条件是识别故障现象,机体振动故障现象的基本数据如下。(1)频率大于25赫兹的为高频振动,低于20赫兹的为低频振动。高频振动人体一般可以感受到,但振动方向和幅度不易判断,高频振动常与磨损有关,因此,振幅及频率随着时间推移是变化的。低频振动可通过试飞或跟班,感觉和观察振动源进行隔离故障。(2)感受振动产生的部位,如驾驶舱,客舱前、中、后部,机翼,或可在多处感受到振动。(3)产生振动时飞机的飞行阶段及姿态,如爬升、平飞、下降、加速飞行,并且随着飞行姿态变化,振动的频率及幅度是否有变化。
