近日,武汉针对8000亿城建项目,向民营企业伸出橄榄枝,然而,多位民企表示没信心投资。民企没有信心投资的主要原因,一是相关政策缺乏细则和规范,民间资本进入城建等公共领域,仍是“玻璃门”。二是民营经济发展环境依然欠佳,很多民营企业家认为,跟政府合作或有一定风险。兰世立案、曾成杰案,任何一个案子对于国内的民企来说都是负能量。
Recently, Wuhan City, 800 billion urban construction projects, out to the olive branch of private enterprises, however, many private enterprises said they did not have the confidence to invest. The main reason why private enterprises do not have confidence in investment is that the relevant policies lack rules and regulations and private capital is still in the public domain such as urban construction.
