随着我国加大对基础设施的建设,建筑行业蓬勃发展,在施工之前需要对工程造价进行预估。本文主要围绕大数据背景下工程造价信息资源共享的优势,分析了工程成本信息共享应用中的主要问题,指出了其中的不足,探索了利用大型数据挖掘技术研究建设成本信息资源的项目成本信息资源共享的新模式,推动建筑行业健康、平稳发展。
