Nursing is an indispensable part of hospital patients receiving medical treatment, any medical treatment can not be separated from nursing assistance. Precisely because the nursing work is closely related to the entire clinic, it often turns out to be a scapegoat for medical accidents in reality. Although in recent years, hospitals and medical schools have introduced medical legal risks that may be caused by nursing work into training courses to a large extent, they can not attract the attention of nurses. In reality, legal professional problems are difficult to understand and become one of the important reasons for nursing students to ignore such courses. In the meantime, there is a lack of assessment of legal risks before medical risks occur, and it is also the reason why it is difficult for the society to generally strengthen training but take it seriously. Therefore, a clear level of risk, the risk of classification, grading, descending from the nursing work may cause legal risk assessment will be an essential and important work.
