案例简介:某省农机局局长、党组书记张某,应其子张强(某信托投资公司在职人员,党员)的要求,找到本局计财处副处长丁某,说其子所在单位有承揽储蓄任务,利息较高,要丁某将局里暂时不用的资金存到该单位去。丁某随后按局长的要求安排会计将本单位支农周转资金以转账支票提出100万元,由丁某交给张某。张某将支票带回家交给其子张强。张强很快以省农机局名义用这张支票在其所在的信托投资公司办理了存期半年的高息存款手续,到期后又先后三次办理高息转存。在办理存款和转存过程中,张强将信托投资公司支付给农机局的利息33万余元中的23万元据为己有。
