本文主要论述了行政垄断的涵义和现有行政垄断立法中存在的缺陷。并就反行政垄断问题进行认真研究,提出了建立具有一定权威的反行政垄断执法机构,加大行政垄断查处力度,使行政垄断从根本上得到遏制的设想。
This article mainly discusses the connotation of administrative monopoly and the existing defects in administrative monopoly legislation. And the serious study on the issue of anti-administrative monopoly put forward the idea of establishing an anti-administrative monopoly law enforcement agency with a certain authority, intensifying the investigation and punishment of administrative monopoly and deterring the administrative monopoly from being fundamentally deterred.
