植物神经病变是糖尿病常见的并发症,近年来对其研究逐渐增多,但对老年糖尿病植物神经障碍有关文章报导甚少。我们以两种心率变化(深呼吸差和立卧位差)为指标,对老年糖尿病人心脏植物神经功进行测定,并分析其功能紊乱和老年糖尿病人的年龄、病程、控制程度及糖尿病其它并发症(视网膜病变、神经病变及蛋白尿)的关系,并进一步探讨老年糖尿病心脏植物神经症状出现的阈值。 1 材料和方法 1.1 检查对象 (1)正常对照组:无任何植物神经功能异常的正常人30例(男20人,女10人)。(2)老年糖尿病组:按WHO诊断的老年糖尿病人60例
Autonomic neuropathy is a common complication of diabetes mellitus. In recent years, the research on it has been gradually increasing. However, there are few articles on autonomic dysfunction in diabetic patients. We measured heart autonomic nerve function in elderly diabetic patients by using two changes in heart rate (deep breathing difference and vertical deviation) as indicators, and analyzed their dysfunction and age, course of disease, degree of control, and other complications of diabetes mellitus (Retinopathy, neuropathy and proteinuria), and to further explore the threshold of senile diabetic cardiac autonomic symptoms. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Check the object (1) normal control group: no normal autonomic dysfunction in 30 cases (20 males and 10 females).
