近年来,我国城市化进程逐渐加快,大型、超大型综合体建筑的不断涌现是城市建设的新态势新趋势。随着2015年5月1日GB 50016-2014《建筑设计防火规范》(即新消规)的颁布与执行,给综合体建筑工程的消防设计带来了新的挑战与难点,对整个工程的设计工作也带来了一定的影响。因此,如何在保证综合体建筑实用性、美观性、功能性的同时,基于新消规对建筑进行整改与优化设计,也是目前在建筑消防设计中普遍关注的话题。
In recent years, the process of urbanization in our country has been gradually accelerated. The continuous emergence of large-scale and very large complex buildings is a new trend of urban construction. With the promulgation and implementation of GB 50016-2014 Code for Fire Prevention of Building Design (ie new regulations) on May 1, 2015, new challenges and difficulties have been brought to the fire protection design of the complex construction projects. Therefore, how to improve and optimize the design of buildings based on the new rules while ensuring the practicability, aesthetics and functionality of complex buildings is also a topic that is currently widely concerned in the design of building fire protection.
