目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声血流显像(CDFI)对异位妊娠(EP)的诊断价值并探讨其在指导EP临床治疗中的价值。方法:对临床拟诊为EP的54例患者,进行超声检查,CDFI显示EP部位血流,对保守治疗者进行动态监测,并进行回顾性分析。结果:除5例未测到特异性血流信号,49例探及特异性滋养层血流,同时CDFI能直接反映胚胎的生命力,不同的CDFI表现对治疗方法的选择和临床结局也不同。结论:CDFI监测EP血流有助于EP的早期定性诊断,并可指导临床进行治疗方法的选择。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in ectopic pregnancy (EP) and explore its value in guiding the clinical treatment of EP. Methods: Fifty-four patients who were clinically diagnosed as EP underwent ultrasonography. CDFI showed the blood flow in the EP area. The conservative treatment was dynamically monitored and retrospectively analyzed. Results: In addition to 5 cases of no specific blood flow signal detected, 49 cases of specific trophoblast blood flow and CDFI can directly reflect the vitality of embryos, different CDFI performance of the treatment options and clinical outcomes are also different. Conclusion: CDFI monitoring EP blood flow is helpful for the early qualitative diagnosis of EP and can guide the clinical choice of treatment methods.
