目的 :观察复方红宝酒对免疫功能的调节作用。方法 :通过对小白鼠脾淋巴细胞转化率、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能、外周血 T淋巴细胞百分率、迟发型的变态反应 ( DTH)、血清溶血素、抗体形成细胞功能的测定 ,观察复方红宝酒对小白鼠的免疫调节作用。结果 :复方红宝酒能提高小白鼠的免疫反应 ,与白酒组和盐水对照组比较 ,有非常显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :复方红宝酒具有提高小白鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective: To observe the regulation of compound ruby wine on immune function. Methods: The spleen lymphocyte transformation rate, phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages, percentage of peripheral T lymphocytes, late-onset allergic reaction (DTH), serum hemolysin and antibody-forming cell function in mice were observed. Bo wine on the immune regulation of mice. Results: Fufang Hongbao wine can improve immune response in mice, compared with the liquor group and saline control group, there is a very significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion: Fufang Hongbao wine can improve the immune function of mice.
