在猫牙上建立牙髓炎模型，应用外源性超氧化物歧化酶（Ｓｕｐｅｒｏｘｉｄｅｄｉｓｍｕｔａｓｅ，ＳＯＤ）作为直接盖髓术的盖髓剂，分别于术后１、３个月进行组织学观察。结果表明：ＳＯＤ对炎症牙髓盖髓效果良好，组织学成功率为６０％～７０％，明显优于氢氧化钙
The model of pulpitis was established on cat's teeth. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) was used as the capping agent of direct capping. Histological observation was performed at 1 and 3 months after operation.
