在猫牙上建立牙髓炎模型,应用外源性超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxidedismutase,SOD)作为直接盖髓术的盖髓剂,分别于术后1、3个月进行组织学观察。结果表明:SOD对炎症牙髓盖髓效果良好,组织学成功率为60%~70%,明显优于氢氧化钙
The model of pulpitis was established on cat's teeth. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) was used as the capping agent of direct capping. Histological observation was performed at 1 and 3 months after operation. The results showed that SOD had good pulp capping effect on inflammatory pulp with a histological success rate of 60% -70%, which was significantly better than that of calcium hydroxide
