近年来,随着国内社会经济的快速发展和市场经济体制改革的不断深化,事业单位正处于转型时期,很多全额拨款的事业单位管理者,逐渐认识到实施内控机制、强化内部监管的重要性。文章将对全额拨款事业单位实施内控现状进行分析,并在此基础上就如何健全全额拨款事业单位实施内控制度,谈一下自己的观点和认识,以供参考。
In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy and the continuous deepening of market economy reform, public institutions are in the transitional period. Many managers of public institutions that have made full allocations have come to realize the importance of implementing internal control mechanisms and strengthening internal supervision .
