目的：总结股骨颈骨折手术治疗的护理体会。方法自2010年1月~2011年12月，对40例股骨颈骨折患者进行术前探视，对患者交待术前、术中及术后的注意事项，做好心理护理，解答患者及家属的疑问。术后密切观察病情变化，保持呼吸道通畅，防止窒息及术后并发症的发生，进行有效的功能锻炼、出院指导等措施。结果40例手术均成功。患者及家属对疾病有了正确的认识，积极配合治疗和护理。结论应对患者实施全身心的整体护理，为患者提供有效的心理支持，促进患者身体和心理的快速康复。“,”Objective To sum up nursing experience of femoral neck fracture operation treatment. Methods From 2010 January to 2011 December, 40 cases of femoral neck fracture patients with preoperative visit, notices of the patients. Preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative, good psychological care of patients and their families, to answer questions. After close observation of changes in condition, to maintain airway patency, preventing the occurrence of complications and postoperative asphyxia, functional exercise, ef ective measures to discharge guidance. Results Operation was successful in al 40 cases. Patients and their families to have a correct understanding of disease, actively cooperate with the treatment and nursing. Conclusion Implementation of holistic nursing care to patients with heart, to provide ef ective psychological support for patients, to promote the rapid rehabilitation of patients with physical and mental.
