研究了铁基合金激光熔覆涂层的高温回火组织。结果表明 ,高温回火 (6 90℃× 1h)时在M7C3与γ-奥氏体的相界面原位形成 M6 C及 M2 3C6 ,非平衡相γ中析出 M2 3C6 、M2 C及 MC碳化物。该涂层具有二次硬化特征及较高的磨损性能。
The tempering microstructure of iron-based alloy laser cladding coatings was studied. The results show that M6C and M2 3C6 are formed in situ at the interface of M7C3 and γ-austenite at high temperature (690 ℃ × 1h), and M2 3C6, M2C and MC carbide are precipitated in the non-equilibrium phase γ. The coating has the characteristics of secondary hardening and high wear performance.
