分析了带式输送机盘式制动器在制动过程中热量的产生及传导过程并进行了理论计算,确定了热流量的加载方式。在Workbench有限元分析软件中进行了制动过程的仿真和模拟,同时进行了试验测试。仿真和试验的一致性揭示了实心盘式制动器和通风盘式制动器温度场的分布和变化规律。
The generation and conduction of heat during the braking process of the belt conveyor disc brake were analyzed and the theoretical calculation was carried out to determine the way of heat flow. The simulation and simulation of braking process are carried out in Workbench finite element analysis software, and the test is carried out at the same time. The consistency between simulation and test reveals the distribution and variation of temperature field of solid disc brakes and ventilated disc brakes.
