“提素”是首钢顺应国内外钢铁业激烈竞争的需要,从时代发展的迫切要求出发,提升整体素质的自我设计。在首钢近日召开的“创建学习型企业,加快创新创业经验交流会”上,原冶金工业部的一位领导对首钢人“提素”给予充分肯定,并提笔写下“大提素,好!”一文,亲自送中国冶金报发表。也许有人不理解,首钢涉钢产业即将搬迁,还搞什么“大提素”?首钢认为,2005年2月,国务院批复同意首钢实施压产、搬迁、结构调整和环境治理的方案后,首钢将建设具有国际先进水平的钢铁生产基地。但是,有一流的装备,未必能建成一流的企业。只有在企业综合能力的“提素”上下功夫,才能实现首钢历史上新的跨越。
