原发性骨胸壁肿瘤临床上较少见，我院1975年11月至1995年10月手术切除并经病理证实为原发性骨胸壁肿瘤63例，现分析如下。临床资料63例中男37例，女26例。年龄7～61岁。良性组平均年龄34．3岁，恶性组平均年龄45．2岁。病程14天～20年，其中良性组病程平均23．8个月，恶性组平
Primary bone-chest wall tumors are rare in clinical practice. Our hospitals underwent surgical resection from November 1975 to October 1995 and were confirmed by pathology as 63 cases of primary bone wall tumors. The analysis is as follows. Clinical data in 63 cases of 37 males and 26 females. Age 7 to 61 years old. The mean age of the benign group was 34.3 years and the average age of the malignant group was 45.2 years. The course of disease is 14 days to 20 years, in which the average duration of benign group is 23.8 months. The malignant group is flat.
