Effective June 1, Andreas Schaaf, vice president of Cadillac Europe, officially became Cadillac China’s vice president, reporting directly to Cadillac Global President Johan de Nysschen. Schaaf started his career at BMW headquarters in 1996, working in product control, product management and strategy development, before taking over leadership positions in marketing management in Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. He also held positions in marketing for BMW Group South Korea Vice president and president of India and other positions. In July 2015, he switched to Cadillac as vice president of Europe.
