目的:探讨总结供应室无菌物品的监测以及管理方法。方法:我科于2016年1月开始加强对供应室无菌物品的监测及管理,具体包括操作规程规范、环境清洁加强、不同区域质量管理加强等措施,对比我科供应室加强管理后半年时间内与加强管理前半年时间内,物品消毒消毒达标率、物品引发感染率等指标的差异。结果:加强供应室无菌物品监测管理后无菌物品的消毒达标率、由无菌物品引发的感染率等与实施前半年相比均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加强供应室无菌物品健侧及管理对提升无菌物品消毒合格率、降低无菌物品感染率等均有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the monitoring and management of sterile goods in the supply room. Methods: In January 2016, our department began to strengthen the monitoring and management of sterile goods in the supply room. The measures include the specification of operating procedures, the cleanliness of the environment and the strengthening of quality management in different regions. Compared with the supply control room of our department, we strengthened the management in the second half of the year Within the first half of the year and strengthen management, disinfection and disinfection compliance rate of items, items caused by the infection rate and other indicators of differences. Results: The disinfection rate of sterilized items and the infection rate caused by sterilized articles after sterilized articles were monitored and managed in supply room were significantly different from the first half of the implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: It is of great significance to enhance the contractile rate of sterilized articles and reduce the infection rate of sterile articles in the supply rooms.
