在构建富强、民主、文明、和谐的社会主义新时代的进程中,全民素质教育更是推动中国迈入世界强国之列的一股强大力量。《义务教育音乐课程标准》的颁布和实施使中小学音乐教学发生了实质性的变化同时也出现了一些不可避免的问题,正确理解新课标、不断加强师资队伍建设及合理利用人力资源是中小学音乐教育的关键所在。
In the process of building a new, prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist era, universal quality education is even more a powerful force for pushing China into the ranks of the world’s powerful. The promulgation and implementation of “Compulsory Education Music Curriculum Standards” have caused substantial changes in music teaching at primary and secondary schools. At the same time, some unavoidable problems have emerged. To correctly understand the new curriculum standards and to constantly strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and to make rational use of human resources, Primary music education is the key.
